Bring the gang for Holiday Wine Tasting , Chef’s Christmas Creations and our S’mores Social at 5pm!
Be sure to stretch your legs out on the beach – or in the pool. After dusk, enjoy our Festival of Lights displays as you meander around the property.
You’ll definitely work up an appetite for our festive Taste of Nova Scotia infused Dinner Buffet & Dance with our DJ starting at 7pm, running through until Santa can’t dance any longer!

Wine Tasting with Sommelier, Dan Tanner (3:30-4:30pm)
Join Sommelier Dan Tanner as he guides you through what to serve your holiday guests through the festive season. From dinner parties to turkey dinner, Dan will show you the best wine to pair from Nova Scotia and well beyond.
Chef’s Christmas Magic with Executive Chef Alan Crosby (3:30-4:30pm)
Chef will guide you through a tasty tour of some great ideas for your next gathering, Christmas party or Friday night snacks. Holiday themed tacos? Cheese and beer? Seasonal guacamole? We’ll make ‘em all! We’ll prepare four or five recipes and have a sip or two of libations and lots of time for questions on all things food and drink!
Smore’s Social, beachside Bonfire (5-6pm)
In celebration of our’ Year of the Marshmallow’, come gather around the Oceanside bonfire to roast and savour our Taste of Nova Scotia S’more Bar.
Start with the key ingredients, marshmallows, wafers and chocolate then make it gourmet as you infuse your S’mores with Iron Works Rum Raison Compte, Haskappa Berry Jam or Valley Apple & Cinnamon.
