Variety is the name of the game at Snake Lake. You can walk this figure eight trail a different way each time; hardwoods, softwoods, wetlands and the lakeshore are each home to different birds and animals.

The trails at Kejimkujik showcase an incredible variety of habitats, scenery and places of cultural and historical significance. • Ensure that dogs are kept leashed and do not approach, disturb or feed wild animals
• Take along appropriate clothing and carry water with you, especially for longer trails, climbs or open barrens
• Bring insect repellent as black flies and mosquitoes are common all summer
• Stay on boardwalks and designated paths to protect fragile vegetation
