Rogers Brook - Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site

The trail may be short, but there’s so much to see as you explore the Rogers Brook trail. You will cross Rogers Brook and follow the Mersey River along a red maple floodplain. Vibrant in autumn, the floodplain is teeming with life all year. Watch for turtles and amphibians and nesting waterfowl.

The trails at Kejimkujik showcase an incredible variety of habitats, scenery and places of cultural and historical significance. Be responsible for your safety:
• Ensure that dogs are kept leashed and do not approach, disturb or feed wild animals

• Take along appropriate clothing and carry water with you, especially for longer trails, climbs or open barrens

• Bring insect repellent as black flies and mosquitoes are common all summer

• Stay on boardwalks and designated paths to protect fragile vegetation
