Ocean View Cottage in Private Setting

Set back from the road at the end of a long private driveway, this charming vacation rental home features a large kitchen, separate dining room, living room and den with a pull out sofa. Painted with muted shades, the cottage radiates light. Picture windows in the living room and sliding patio doors in the dining room take full advantage of the harbour view. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom spans the width of the house and has a queen size bed and a spectacular view of the blue waters of Shelburne Harbour. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms: a 4-piece bathroom downstairs with a bath and a shower and a 3-piece bathroom upstairs with shower unit. Laundry facilities are also located upstairs. Comfortably furnished and decorated, Shipwright’s Cottage is suitable for a family with children; a group of friends getting together; or for a couple looking for an authentic maritime experience. A large veranda extends the living space outside. Patio furniture and propane BBQ make for delightful evenings of seafood and ocean views. So, breathe in the fresh sea air and feel yourself relaxing into the peaceful rhythm of Nova Scotian life.
